Myoplex lite shakes

For those of you on the lite myoplex kick, I hope you have tried the

Cappuccino ICe flavor. I mix it with ice and water and cinnamon. I am

not kidding it tastes just like those 1000 calorie Frappuccinos at

Starbucks! - AMY
