Doc band or NOPCO helmet??

Our 4 month old daughter has had casting for the NOPCO helmet, but we

are now unsure whether to proceed with this or switch to the more

expensive Doc band. Our neurosurgeon said there were no comparison

studies between the two and we are trying to find information to help

us make the right decision. We understand that the NOPCO is passive and

the Doc band is dynamic, but are still trying to find more info on

which has the better end point. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
