OT - Its not an ear infection -

Kristi if I lived closer I would come take him-that stupid hand foot and

mouth has had twice and he is home with me-my ped thinks it is from

shopping carts. It is miserable and ran a temp. Are there any blisters

in the mouth? If so I have a remedy for that that works like a charm. I hope

he gets better soon. :-(

Which is par for the course because everytime I self-diagnose an ear

infection and take him in - its not! The dr thinks maybe strep but

the office quick test was negative so we are awaiting the overnight

culture. It also looks like he may have picked up hand/foot/mouth

disease from the daycare (I really hate that place!) - this may in

fact be the cause of the fever. I hope it goes away soon, I really

don't like having the helmet off! He can't go back to the day care

till the blisters scab over which could be 7-10 days, maybe longer.

I am sooooo screwed at work, I wish I could just quit already!
