Guest guest
yep, it's still me going back and forth between the bands/helmets trying to decide what to do. Is there need to worry about the pressure from the Doc band on the brain or is that just me being paranoid ? -Mel

Guest guest
Hello , I'd really like to know where you get your information from. $5000.00 for a DOCband??? I've never heard of that. I'm sure you don't know what is put into each and every DOCband made either. It's not just thrown together. It passes MANY hands before it is shipped out. Every DOCband is a very high quality product. I know that can't be said for other cranial orthotics. The clinicians that use the DOCband are specially TRAINED to do so! This is taken from the CT web site: " Without the proper product, training, and experience, a clinician can easily deform a head rather than correct it. Beware of the individual who doesn't follow your child on a regular basis, or doesn't answer questions to your satisfaction. " Clinical Staff " Cranial Technologies Centers are staffed with Physical or Occupational Therapists with expertise in the total care of the infant. All CTI Clinicians have a strong medical background. Before they are allowed to treat patients, they are required to spend four weeks in intense training. Clinicians also attend twice-yearly continuing education at our Arizona headquarters. Our clinicians must pass a written and practical test before independently treating infants. This ensures that every child receives the same level of care and the same outcome. " I am POSITIVE that you didn't go through all that. How many babies have you banded and how many were a success? I'm sorry if you think I am being rude, it infuriates me when someone posts INCORRECT information to our group. Please get your facts straight!! > Hello: > > Kari has not answered my email as of yet.
