Jake got casted for his second band today.I think he cried less this

time!

We didn't have any hassles with Cigna this time..they refused to pay

for the first one so we went ahead while we appealed ,we actually won

three days after they received our appeals package!Maybe they figured

we wouldn't go away quietly. Good luck to everyone out there fighting

their insurance companies.If anyone goes to the Phoenix Cranial Tech

I left our appeal letter on file so if anyone needs a good

letter..ask away. Jake has been in this first band 4 months and he'll

get his new one in two weeks..not sure how muuch longer we have to go

but I think we have had about 60 % correction so far. Good luck to

those just starting out and congratulations to any graduates..we hope
