Well - if she's been 4 years on Prozac (or rages the last 2 years),

maybe it's beginning to be less effective and needs increased, or a

2nd med to augment it? It might not be the Prozac causing it then,

after this time, but that it's not working as well. Her psych would

probably have a good guess, I imagine this (meds poop out) happens

for some people after a while and doc should hopefully have

experience as to what has worked best with most people (a switch or

to augment it or to increase it...).

And you know, kids do seem to often begin puberty earlier these

days!

Let us know what thoughts her doctor has!
