The same thing happened to a coworker of mine. She was put on steroids and

got much, much worse. Giving steriods to a toxicly ill person is like

putting

gas on a fire. Dr. Shoemaker explains it in his book. Maybe someone else in

the group can explain it to you. Too complicated for me to even try. The

prednisone makes you much worse.

********Steroids will also slam your adrenals to the curb, especially if you

have taken them for several months. Do you have colon problems? Do you

have liver problems? How much magnesium do you take daily? What

vitamin/herbals

do you take? Do you drink soda diet and/or regular? How much Omega 3 and

Omega 6 do you do a day? Are you taking any mild thistle or any type of liver

support? Do you have an absorption problem? Lots of questions need to be

answered.
