Hydrosols - how to use them

The hydrosol I use the most is Helichrysum AKA Immortelle. I started

distilling it for my mother's arthritis pain many year ago. She was

able to stop taking prescription pain meds with regular applications

of the pure mist 4 or 5 times per day.

I use it in my " water pic " tooth/gum cleaner system. 40mls in 400mls

of water and I have stopped and even healed my gingivitis in the gum

area down beside the back teeth where even floss cannot go. My dental

hygenist is amazed, but not enough to use the hydrosol....might lose

her job!

I also apply it to bruises or any hematoma or wound as it heals

quickly and helps prevent scars. It is also very effective on acne,

rosacea, and any skin eruptions.
