Guest guest
Cool! Got it and thanks so much! There are so many details i'm learning from reading everyone's concerns on this site. I guess mine is keeping track of calories? 1350 is HARD for me to do if I work out hard, AND have PMS (seems like everyone had that this week). So far I did an excel spreadsheet of Carb/Prot/Fat/Calorie breakdown for all the meal combos that ive enjoyed. That way, I can No Brain it later and 'JUST EAT " . Getting the combo right the first time is like chemical work in the laboratory, Id rather just know what works and move on with my life. Although i am concerned that i'm developing some hard-wired control habits--and its scary to think so obsessively about my body and food for so long, but I also understand there's a learning curve I must adjust to. I'm looking forward to losing 18 pounds of fat in 12 weeks I'm 5'3 " , 135 lbs. 33 yrs old 24% BF I'm excited for the details that everyone is filling me on with great/quick recipes and social situation attitudes to adjust to. So far My FAVS are: chocolate protein oatmeal (1/2 CarbSense, w/ slowcook oats) protein pancakes (make many batches/freeze or refridge/then Toast it) choco protein pudding w/ jello (made w/ banan, straw, diet gingerale) protein shakes with UDO roasted chicken thats been marinated in fat free dressings. The BEST purchase besides my blender is my SHARP Convection Microwave Oven!! defrost, roast, and grill in one place! --- Ellingson wrote: > Hey I had that same problem (i started march 20th > and didn't 'enter' until > April 4th), and I was worried if I would be > disqualified, this is the email > I got back from EAS > > " Hello , > > Thank you for contacting EAS.
