Guest guest Posted April 10, 2006 Report Share Posted April 10, 2006 im pretty keen on things when it comes to exercise and nutrition etc, but im having a really hard time with my belly, i just started the challenge april 2nd, and i have already lost 10lbs, and i see a slight difference, but i just had twins c-section and my belly is just terrible and hanging over , eww, i hate it, and im only 28 i was hoping my body would bounce back some, but no luck there, can anyone give me adivece for my ugly belly?
