Guest guest
Hi, Usually I lurk because there's so much good information on this group all I need to do is read! I wanted to share a little info about myself and say hi! I am 5'6 " 31 and found BFL back in October as a way to get rid of the baby weight - my younger son is now almost 8 months old. What I found was a new way of life! I've never experienced such wonderful results. BFL totally clicks with me. It seems effortless (I am pretty loose with workouts) and the weight just melts off. I wasn't good about measurements or pics when I first started, but I went from 160# to 135#. In the last month, I lost about 6 " all over. I'm now a size 4 (vanity - designer 6) but I am still at about 26% body fat. I would like to be around 20%, but I haven't set it as a real goal yet. But I digress...I wanted to post a question and thought an intro first would be nice. Thank you all for the wonderful info. I can't imagine BFL without this group.
