I find that my sugar cravings are helped with the Myoplex " ice cream " and

" milkshakes " that I make. For meal 4, I have a myoplex lite chocolate peanut

butter w/ lots of ice and some splenda (and I mean lots of ice to make it like a

milkshake) For meal 6, I have a myoplex carbsense w/ frozen strawberries and a

TBSP of natural peanut butter. I also put in some calorie free chocolate syrup

w/ some splenda. I don't even crave ice cream anymore, even on free day! I also

use cottage cheese w/ an apple, cinnamon and splenda.

stem the icecream beast is if she

feel she just MUST have some, she goes to Brames and gets the smallest

serving they have. That way she does not eat an entire pint (which

we all know is realy one serving!...lol)
