I've been taking CLA, and did some research on it. From what I understand,

those who are overfat benefit most from the fat loss benefit of it, but those

who are already lean who take it may help retain their fat loss over time (or on

vacations from the program!).

This study says taking 3.4g of it, participants lost an average of 6 lbs of

bodyfat over 12 weeks.

Those who took over 6g increased lean body mass slightly.

Of course I can't tell what my results are, because I'm also following BFL.

But, I will take it this entire challenge and compare the results of fatloss

with the last challenge. Will let you know...
