Guest guest Posted April 18, 2006 Report Share Posted April 18, 2006 hi there people, I was wondering about the following: I've got a desk job (sits on my ass ALL DAY LONG) but i do excersize 6 times a day (normal BFL program) does that mean I'm sedentary? Surely an hour of excersize per day wont make up for being active during the day... but i just hate the sound of that word [sedentary]. urgh! The reason for wanting to know this is that i think i'm taking in too many calories (haven't lost anything for 8 weeks) and want to plan my days(eating) using fitday - you know print it out and then use it as sample plans in the future so i know i stick to the right amounts. For me to loose fat i have to take in 1500 cal a day I usauly did the palm fist thing, but when i entered it into fitday it came out 2100 cal (which is why i'm maintaining my weight).
