It's typical of the flora of Mediterranean basin.
Guest guest
Hi, I dont know if its of any help. But I manage to plant them from seeds, it took time but now I have this beautiful labdanum plant with shiny leaves. The smell is really musky and relaxing! I also manage to get some plants with roots and a beautiful flower did blossom! It was beautiful and huge. Angi

Guest guest
I worked with a wholesale nursery in southern California for 10 years and we grew a good assortment of various Cistus species to include C. ladanuferus. SoCA is a Mediterranean climate and the plant sold well there. If you contact a local Home Depot in the western USA states you might inquire as to special ordering Cistus from El Modeno Gardens. After moving here to AZ I was able to get Home Depot to special order this from the sales rep. There may be other nurseries that sell this as well.
