It is to help carb and sweet control thru the scents of smell. Sold at Target. Very vanilla! I'll let you all know how it works. But, has anyone tried it? And, what else is in it besides vanilla? Not sure about the mechanics of it, but it's been shown to aid weight loss by reducing cravings and inducing a sense of satiety, especially when used after eating a small meal. It's a potent eo, and should be used with caution, but in small amounts (one or two drops at a time, or inhaled) should be relatively safe for a healthy person to use.
