Hi , Cinnamon Bark is on the list of restricted oils by IFRA (Internation Fragrance Association), as it is a skin sensitizer. I will look into cinnamon leaf. Can anyone recommend some relatively inexpensive ingredients for a newbie trying to make a " sexy-spicy " perfume at her sister's request?
