Are you referring to the Young Living Thieves blend? I finally got a

chance to smell their oils today (including the Thieves) and must admit

they smell good. I was surprised by how diffusive they were. The

speaker who presented the oils came into the room early and I had to

turn around to see who was smelling so good. I've NEVER smelled

essential oils with such sillage. What's the secret?

Hi Maggie,

You might want to do a search here at NP on " Young Living " (in quotes

like that, or you'll get a bunch of other stuff in the results too).

There's a smattering of posts about them and their products and

selling methods...

Cheers!

A room mist would be nice, but don't forget the old standby -

elderberry wine. Proven to prevent flus to the point the big companies

got ahold of the knowledge and created - hmm - I can't recall the OTC

name Sambuca? No, that's a drink. Anybody know?

Here's a link to some info on the folk uses:

is really messing up today. It seems to not like the month of

December since I've seen big problems every December for six years.

I've been waiting 10 minutes for my post to appear so I could reply,

but I'm bored of waiting. Anyway, here's a follow up to my post to

Evie about elderberry. The OTC is Sambucol and here's more info:

Elderberry is amazing! I've used Sambucol, which is great, but a bit

pricey. I've streamlined my anti-viral method to 15 drops of

elderberry tincture straight down the gullet followed by a water chaser

and then a teaspoon of raw honey with 15 drops of propolis tincture

mixed into it. I do this 3x a day when I feel I'm getting sick or if

I've already gotten sick (like the day after we returned from vegas

where I didn't have my natural medicine cabinet).

I've read that elderberry actually coats the viral cells and doesn't

let them replicate, hence stopping a cold/flu dead in its tracks. It

works for me!!!
