Hey all.... just ran a little with my hubby (YAH!)... I have decided though -

running is just not my thing. It might be okay once I lose some of the loose

fat that jiggles when I run, but it is just not a comfortable thing. SO... my

husband ran ahead of me, I walked/jogged about 2 miles... we ended up going

completely different routes... but it was nice that we were able to do something

" together " even if we weren't physically together. I used to think I had to be

good at everything in the gym (aka treadmill)... now I am content knowing I'm

just not a good runner... I look awkward as sin I'm sure... and I feel even more

awkward... but I did a fast pace walk and jogged a bit... :-) Yeah for me!

Anyways... just wanted to share... :-)
