Cinnamon Bark Safe in Perfume?

Yay, I'm going to get Mandy Aftel's book as a Christmas gift and am very

excited.

But in the meantime, I am playing around with some of the eo's I have. I have

cinnamon bark

diluted to 60% in alcohol, my question is, can I use this in perfume safely? In

my readings, I

have found conflicting advice on this. Some say never to use on the skin, some

very small

amounts are ok, so I don't know. I'm confused because in one aromatherapy book

it says

never to use on the skin either diluted or undiluted (of course) but then it

says you can use it

in a massage.

So, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
