ARGH.......it didnt say what they were! I recall in school a history Teacher who

had to have lived in those times and earlier more than once......the things he

knew were just uncanny....he described what cleopatra more than likely looked

like when she was made up and either her facial make up or her hair pomade was a

sticky substance....and egyptians liked color, I think he said almost a lapis

blue would have been eyeshadow for her and then the eyeliner black. 

 

any body here a bible dissector? I know some things are mentioned in there, I

think I'll get mine out as the catholic bible has more books and see if oils etc

are mentioned......Tobias doesn't count.....I was looking for ancient rituals

that showed clearly that at one time or another people offered up 'smoke' and

Tobias used the entrails of a fish......I'm not even gonna go there.......I will

send that in to mythbusters LOL.

 

I do have two friends who are practicing jewish who would know ancient scents

and oils, and I know three muslims , one is a lady who will tell me what she

knows which should be interesting as she is hindi and islamic.

ooooooooooo I forgot, she makes soap too......yep, I'm calling.....if I find out

anything cool from the ancient times and its okay with her I'll post the info.
