Guest guest
Hi , usually this happens if you don't drink enough water or eat enough fiber. If you are following BFL, then fiber might not be an issue, it really depends on if you are eating giant salads and lots of fibrous carbs like cauliflower, brocolli. It helps if you eat beans as one of your carb servings, or throw in a high fiber cereal like Fiber1. For me personally, I need a huge amount of fiber or I have trouble. The recommended minimum grams is 25, but some days I have 45 or more! This does not cause me to run to the bathroom all day long, I guess my system is just not sensitive to fiber. You could track your fiber grams in fitday if you want an idea about how much your body needs. I also find that when I reduce my daily calories (palm/fist) then I have problems too. When I have a higher calorie day (like a free day), all of a sudden things kick into gear. Maybe that is your situation too? Others on this list have had a similar problem and swear by flax oil to help get things moving along. I use ground flax meal and I find this helps me. >>>>>>> HI!
