I've been lurking this evening and looking at all the pictures and I'm in awe at the women on here! I just want to say congrats to everyone that has posted pictures, you all have certainly inspired me! I'm 26 years old, 5'6'' tall and weigh in around 230lbs, probably weigh more, but haven't weighed myself in a while. Will do tomorrow before I head off to the gym. I printed off the first week shopping list and went shopping and bought almost everything on there, and just so excited that I'll actually get to eat! I've tried tons of plans before, Weight Watchers (got too involved, and I become very food obessed), South Beach diet (blood sugar got way to low because they cut out carbs totally), among others with similar reactions. My fiance has doen BFL before and lost lots of weight and has been explaining it all too me, especially the exercise portion, so I'm armed with tons of knowledge. Actually he has gained all and a lot more back, but he's not into doing it again. I think it's the exercise portion because he's telling me he'll eat the BFL way but unsure about exercise. But I'm ready to committ and follow through with this. Okay I'm gonna stop gushing, but just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully meet lots of people! I can't wait to start my 12 weeks!
