Hi All,

I plan to begin the BFL program on Monday. I have a question about the

exercise portion of the program.

I love this Strength Training class at the Y. It's 1 hour, held 2xs a

week. Can I use the classes as my strength training for 2 days, even

though it doesn't focus on Upper Body or Lower Body each class? How can

I incorporate them into the BFL program?
