I know some of us are really good at letting everyone else know, and I know that some of us are really good about helping others when they need it... BUT, I'm just curious as to how everyone is doing, either how the progress is coming along during a challenge, how maintainence is going, or just how life is going in general... As for me... I got promoted yesterday at work!!! Better hours, better job, AND a 12% pay increase... this poor broke college girl needs it big time! AND I only have 54 days left of school! Hooray!! After week 8 in my challenge I evaluated my progress in every area and set new goals for myself, based on that... Well, it's week 10 and I've achieved half of them! I'm only .2 pounds away from the goal weight I set for myself (the scale is staying under 160, YES!!!!!), but still 2.1% away from the BF I wanted to be at, so I'll need to work really hard to get that down... I've already met/beat my goals for my chest, hips, thighs, and calves, and just need to work on the biceps, forearms, and waist. I'm no where near the original weight goal I set for myself (145) and I don't think I'll be back in my skinny jeans QUITE yet, but reevaluating things totally put my mindset where it needed to be. And plus, I can set more realistic goals for my next challenge, which I'm already thinking about! Hope everyone else is doing well! It's been raining for 10 days here, ick...
