I am referring to the diet Sonya followed... I know we had a brief

conversation about it a few weeks ago, but I didn't really get a feel for

whether it's something worth doing or not...

I am personally a little concerned with the lack of dairy, and since I'm

159.4 lbs I don't know if my skin could thin out enough for it to make much

difference... Also, I was thinking I would need to add about 150 calories or

so to the 1300 if I was going to follow it...

I'm also worried about being that low carb... and that high protien... I

know it would only be for 10 days of actual serious carb restriction, but

again, I'm not sure if I should try it...

So what are your thoughts about it?
