Guest guest
Dear Supertrainers, A couple colleagues and myself recently penned an article on conditioning for athletes. The article is online in the latest issue of Strength and Health Magazine at http://www.yorkbarbell.com - click on training and go to the last issue. Let me know what you think - constructive criticism welcomed Thanks, Burkhardt Irvine, CA

Excellent food for thought and good common sense advice on conditioning. If only it were as simple in convincing many coaches about this. While talking about reviewing articles I've been meaning to ask you for awhile. Whilst completing my honours thesis I came across many articles co- authored by an E Burkhardt, I wish I had them on me right now so I could be more specific. I was wondering however if there is any chance if you were the above mentioned or if there is another E Burkhardt out there publishing away. Ben Haines Sydney, Australia. Believe it or not, there is another E. Burkhardt (Ed I think) out there who has published articles/research on strength training. I also have about 3 research abstracts and a couple of articles out there too. Congratulations on the honors thesis. [And is the Jake Burkhardt who writes on the York site a relative of yours?
