The Forest Partner Exercise

This exercise is designed to open your intuition to sense for your partner what lays ahead for them on their Path. You may place the palm of your hand over their name, or the tip of your finger to sense their energies....

Sit yourself comfortably, relax and let go of all the tension, stress and cares of the day...

You may light a candle if you wish. Use your normal Protection and grounding.

Close your eyes...relax...just allow things to unfold for you. In your Mind's Eye see yourself on a path in a forest. It can be the one in the picture above, or you may create your own.

Walk down this path, feeling the cool breeze, listening to the birds and forest animals calling to one another. You feel very peaceful and relaxed. Look around as you walk seeing the trees, flowers, and shrubs growing, smelling their fragrance as it wafts through the air.

Up ahead you see the path turning to the left, but right beside that turn is a big old tree. As you get closer to it you see the knot holes, and twisted trunk. It fascinates you and its almost as if its calling to you. As you approach the tree, you see that the knot holes are actually eyes and a mouth. The tree suddenly greets you....and amazed you answer back. You are mesmerized by it and the gentleness it emanates. The tree then smiles at you and its eyes soften, then asks you what you would like to know, to make yourself comfortable by sitting on the large rock next to it. You sit down and proceed to explain you wish to see whats ahead on your Partners path....

The tree somewhat leans forward gazing at you still smiling and asks you to touch its trunk just gently laying your hand upon it. The tree explains, "As you touch something or reach out with your energies, you will connect to the energies of the one which you seek information about. Now let us use our energies to see what lays ahead for your friend, and I will help you with this."

Come back and leave a message to your Partner in the message the tree gave you....
