Liz and Marty:

You're not alone. I think a lot of us have people like this in our

families.

One sister of mine (she lives in San Francisco and should stay there)

doesn't understand this " life " I have and she's a Veterinarian!

She's also a health fanatic and thinks if I exercize more I'll be

fine. This is the same woman that translated everything for our

family when the doctors were speaking " greek " to us.

I have another sister that's support and taking care of our parents.

My father is quite ill and Mom is exhausted from caring for him.

I'm not going to dump anymore. We have eachother for support. For

that I'm appreciative.

Take care and be well.

Ellen

Hi Marty,

When I grow up I hope I have your attitude!lol I am so happy you finally found

what sounds like a good doctor.I hope you will be able to afford the cost of

treatment along the way.Maybe there is some sort of help from a drug company or

something.I am also glad your son is doing so well, you;re right neither one of

you are losers, the loser would be your ex,hopefully she will leave you both

alone now.You know the best revenge is to do well and I am sure you both will.I

am saying prayers for your Mom and her upcoming surgery.Take care Marty I for

one am proud of you.Much love to your family.

love Elly

her moms side . her mom uncle (moms brother ) and her grandmother died at her

own hand after the last child was born

my ex was in the hospital for two weeks before she was released to go home with

our new born son and I. but man that was a year of hell .I did get her to seek

help and I will not say what I did but i was desperate. any hoot the doc told me

he did not agree whit what I had done but also did not know if any thing other

would have gotten to her. well she was on meds big time my son fights it hard

core he is a cutter and extrema depression also .this is why he turned to

drinking with his moms okay at 17 and later drugs. my doing what i did never

helped things but I got the blame for it all . any hooot with out second child

Marty.....Marty....MARTY!  Can you hear me now?  :)  Bless your lil' redneck

heart.  Sounds like something I would do.  Remind me now, are you on any

immunosuppressants?  We don't want you to go and get an infection on top of all

this!  I'll be praying for you here in Missouri.  I said I'LL BE PRAYING FOR

YOU!  (smiles)  I'm just playing with you buddy, but you know I care and will be

waiting to see what the ENT doc says.  Much love from the Ozarks.
