Guest guest
Insomnia has been my first and longest symptom of 'something'. It's the first thing that 'went wrong'. Perhaps mold in area or toxins hype your body up trying to fight it. Perhaps addressed in Shoemakers book? --- erikmoldwarrior <erikmoldwarrior@...> wrote: > " shybasset " wrote: > > > > Since Aug 4, I've not had ONE restful night's > sleep....I have > SIGNIFICANT Chronic Fatigue (Syndrome)along > with MAJOR dizziness///NO > > ENERGY lasting 24/7 !! >
Guest guest
I tried a number of masks and found a NOISH 95 'folding one' that conforms to face well and I have taken naps with it on with no problems. I haven't tried sleeping all night since I am not sleeping at night in my home anymore but I think I would wear that mask. It folds up and you can carry it in pocket. Then again, not sure about such a long time, if you get enough oxygen. I think I breath alot more carbon dioxide in when wearing one. --- who <jeaninem660@...> wrote: > -try a wet wash rag folded over on the nose and > mouth, might help a > little. hard to sleep with a respertory mask > on.-- In >
Guest guest
My initial concern with my health was adrenal fatigue, before I suspected mold. I still take, daily, lots of Vit. C and Pantothenic acid for the adrenal fatigue. I still suffer now and then with unexplained cloudy-headedness and extreme fatigue. I take Magnesium for sleep. Since the days have been getting shorter, I also take 5-HTP for calmness. I was starting to have panic attacks out of the blue. Anyone else explore adrenal fatigue before or while exploring mold allergy? Also, your body will make more of its own melatonin if you avoid caffeine and sugar, and stay away from brightly-lit screens like TV or computer in the hour or two before bed.
