Guest guest
To Martyn and other Supertrainers, I've been interested in trying Phosphatidylserine for some time, however, the only the thing that's held me back from buying it is its very high price. Where is the cheapest place on the net to buy phosphatidylserine? Shanahan Melbourne Australia. * Don't forget to sign all letters with full name and city of residence if you wish them to be published! Guest guest
Shanahan: > Where is the cheapest place on the net to buy phosphatidylserine? , I am the person who initially asked about PS. The cheapest I found was www.beyond-a-century.com They sell a powder that seems pretty reasonable compared to other prices. I'm not really sure how bad the taste is, but I don't think it can get any worse than BCAA powder. www.kilosports.com sells it also, but only by the kilo at $550. Maybe not bad though if you are training a large group of athletes, clients, etc.... Mike Boston, Ma
Guest guest
This is no help to you, I'm afraid in the UK, but I buy mine at Costco. It's a large chain of discount wholesalers in N America. A month of it costs me about $36 CDN. And that gives me 20gm a day of the stuff. martyn la fleur vancouver canada -------------- From: Shanahan: > I've been interested in trying Phosphatidylserine for some time, however, > the only the thing that's held me back from buying it is its very high > price. > > Where is the cheapest place on the net to buy phosphatidylserine? * Don't forget to sign all letters with full name and city of residence if you wish them to be published! Guest guest
PS is expensive. You have to look at the percentage of PS before you can compare prices. Most companies sell a 20% mixture of PS derived from soy lecithin. This means you would have to take 4000 mg/d in order to get the 800 mg/d of active PS that you need in order to produce an effect. I would be careful when purchasing the product if the cost seems to good to be true. I believe the wholesale cost of PS is $1,200 per kg. This would make it cost prohibitive for most people so companies usually mix it with phosphatidylcholine and other similar ingredients. There is also no research on 20 grams per day of PS. Did you mean mg? If so 20 mg won't do anything for you.
