Hi Everyone

My name is Dawn Eaves and I live in Athens, Alabama in Limestone County.

We care for a very small herd of dairy goats. We got into goats for the raw milk

after I read the Maker's Diet by Jordan Rubin and saw how good goat's milk kefir

is for you. From there we've had goats for almost 3 yrs. and have learned much

We drink our milk and I make kefir. So far that's as far as I've gotten. Soon

I want to make soap and cheese, yogurt and ice-cream.

It is not legal to sell raw goat's milk in Alabama right now but I'd really like

to see that change. It's been one of the most beneficial things we've ever done

for our family healthwise. Not to mention the amazing rewards that come from

just caring for such amazing and interesting animals
