Quado Daily Portion A Life of Peace, Love & Faith Imagine, if you will, a life of peace, love and faith. You do not have specific goals and plans, for you trust in the unfolding of life. You trust that if, minute by minute, you do what your heart tells you to do, you will naturally and easily accomplish what needs to be done. You do not question and probe, wondering why this is so and when this or that will happen. You trust in the unfolding of time, knowing that at the highest and widest there is no linear time, merely being, and so simply being as you are in this moment is the ultimate accomplishment. To connect deeply and widely with everything that this moment contains cannot be surpassed by anything else you might do or accomplish. And yet, somehow you accomplish much. And you accomplish it, whatever it may be, with a sense of peace inside, knowing that what you do is in full congruence with your own truth, as expressed through that quiet sense of being and knowing that lives within you. You may be living a life that seems difficult to others, but to you, it simply is. Yes, there are challenges each day, and you take them as they come, learning, always learning and growing with each encounter with another person. People who appear to be difficult, people who are angry and upset, may be people that you can help through the presence of calmness that always surrounds you. And if not, well, that is all right too, for you are doing what you feel you are meant to do in every moment, and you simply seek guidance, moment by moment, from within and without, to know how to approach each person and each situation that arises. As for money, you are not concerned. You know that the universe is deeply aware of both your desires and your needs, and that the needs will be met, just in time and just enough, and the desires may manifest over time, but then again, perhaps not in the form you might have expected. But this is all right too, for you know desires for what they are, ephemeral creatures that come and go, shadows, not reality. And you know that while fulfilling desires is sometimes fun, and feeling the brief emotions of triumph can be exhilarating, in the end you know that these are temporary satisfactions, nothing compared to the unfolding of one beautiful moment, just as it is, with full acceptance of all that it contains. You are all right now and will be all right in the future, for you are deeply connected to all that is. And you recognize that each moment contains the seeds that you might plant, and that those seeds are of infinite variety and ever-changing, so that life is full of exciting and interesting plants sprouting continually. And yet what does not change is your essential truth, your deeply connected self. And you recognize the seeds and the plants as the shadows of this one lifetime, and your essential soul truth as the reality that is, now and forever, in the world of timelessness and true being. And so each day unfolds with a childish delight in its treasures, yet a timeless and calm peace at its center. Both are true in your deep appreciation of what is. And the frustrations and difficulties that others feel and express are like the thunder and lightning that accompany the storm, the storm that brings the water for the seeds you have planted. It is all one. It is all as it should be. It is all there and yet not there, coming and going like a shadow on the wall, sometimes a shadow of delight, sometimes a shadow of loss and sadness, but a shadow nonetheless, even when it is vibrantly colored and fun, even when it is streaked with tears. And within each moment you love deeply and truly, the flowers, the garden and the people within it, embracing them all in love and respect, honor and glory, feeling the oneness and connection and knowing that it is all a part of the same oneness that is you, that is all, that is as it is. Ah, what goals? What worries? What plans? None are needed, for all is unfolding and changing in ways that go beyond your plans, your goals, your fears and doubts. And everything that was, is and will be is all encompassed right now in the heart of that rose you watch unfolding in the garden, in joy and beauty and infinite love.

Here is a little prayer for today I am. I am the unfolding and the being, the full expression of the beauty and wonder that is life. I am the oneness with all that is, the heart of being that is. At the highest and widest, I am all that is. I am. I am.
