Dear members,

I am going to step in here as a moderator and ask that you refer to our

president, Cat's, post last week and our rules and guidelines for posting

group messages.

ALL personal or off topic posts should have OT in the subject line.

Whenever possible, and as a general rule, off topic subjects that go back

and forth for days or multiple e-mails on end should be taken OFF LIST and

to a personal level.

We, as a support group, want to know how everyone is doing in their lives

BUT one or two post should suffice on the group level and then for those

interested further it needs to be off list. We have many, many very severely

ill members that come for information and want to use the list but cannot

when there are so many mails and they simply hit the mass delete key. We do

not want this to happen. We want this group to support as many as possible,

NOT JUST a given few that are healthy enough to hit reply.

If the rules are not followed, those that continue to ignore them will be

put on moderator status.
