Guest guest
Has anyone successfully made yogurt or kefir from sour milk? Is it better to make them from fresh milk? How about making it from milk that is a week old? Two week olds but not sour?
Guest guest
I make kefir from my older, but not soured, milk all the time. It doesn't last long enough to sour in our house. -Jenn

Guest guest
I usually use fresh milk from my goats that I have just brought in to go through the strainer but have occassionally used milk that's a week old. But we don't ever seem to have any milk older than that ;- ) The kefir has always been fine. Luicnda in PA > > Has anyone successfully made yogurt or kefir from sour milk?
