Hi,I'm (sarah_nissen@...). I live in Lafayette, CO and I just starting drinking raw milk after my accupuncturist told me about the Nourishing Traditions book and I bought it.In Colorado, the sale and purchase of raw milk is illegal. We are paying to "board" our cows and we pay for a share of their milk, which is delivered to a local woman's house and we pick it up weekly. Anyone can buy raw milk cheese as long as it is aged 60 days.I have a 14 month old son and he loves the raw milk products. We just started on the raw milk a couple of months ago. The biggest change I have seen in in my mom - she also purchased a share at the dairy and is lactose intolerant. She was not able to drink pastuerized milk without taking lactase enzyme pills, but she is able to drink raw milk with NO PROBLEMS at all!I look forward to "meeting" all of
