Introduction

Hello everyone,

My name is Wisniowski. I used to be a member of this online

family a while ago. I stopped my involvement because the doctors thought I

had Lupus and not Stills. Now they say I have a mutated version of Sills

that acts like Lupus. Anyway, I just felt like a fraud being a part of the

group if I didn't have Stills officially. In the time I was gone I really

began to understand just how important this group is. The support that was

offered to me here has been unparalleled. You all understand exactly what I

have been through. Thank you all so much for welcoming me back. It means

more to me that you can possibly know. Please if I can help or support any

of you in anyway don't hesitate to ask. I'm here for whatever you need. I

have been through the mill. Since diagnosis in Aug 06 I have had severe ups

and downs. I have lost my hair and grown it back. I have broken my back in

30 places and went through severe rehabilitation. I have had Chushings

Syndrome brought on by devil steroids. I have had 6 full flairs from 6/05

until present and I have been hospitalized for two of them. Right now my

biggest problem is necrosis in my joints caused by the steroids. I

currently only taking Kineret to suppress flairs. I've been through the

spectrum of this disease. My flairs take the form of inflammation on my

heart and lungs. Sometimes I get pneumonia too. So far I've been able to

get most of my life back. I am 24 years old and I live a fairly normal life

now. I work very hard to live with this disease and I will be there for

anyone that is stuck at home because they have Stills. I've been there and

it is no fun. Thank you all again for having me back.
