Guest guest
Hi Welynda, I'm in TN - about an hour east of Nashville and wide awake because I just started a higher dose of Pred. I was so tired earlier I crashed, but now I'm WIDE away and hoping to crash soon. Tomorrow we have a bday party for my Dad and Niece who share a bday of April 10th. What do you have going on in Atl tomorrow? -- Up all night OT Welynda wrote: Hello to anyone who's still up! Edited By Moderator

Guest guest
Kirk I have had horrible sleep problems all my life. I could tell ya this or that to do, but when the body is off..it is off! You may be sensitive to change in light. Elevil is a pain killer/old antidepressant that worked for me, till my bladder gave me problems. I think it is hard but try not to fight it. Find something to read or write to us at night. Sleep when you can. ( I know interferes with family life).. I have sympathy for ya I dispise loathe and detest sleep problems. So very painful and sickening. Its like the body has a mind of its own UGH Write more to us if it continues. I will send sleep vibes to ya tonight Hugs Liz **************It's Tax Time! Guest guest
hi kirk, have you ever tried meds that help you sleep but aren't meant for sleeping.. like clonazapam, topomaz, zanaflex, trazadone those are a few that I can think of that have knocked me out.... just curious... anyway... the first three I take in combo for trigeminal neuralgia and muscle pain. The last one my husband uses and he's out for the coun't but it really isn't a sleeping pill.... I just wondered if you have tried any of these and if they have worked. good luck with the continued battle!
Guest guest
I've been on countless meds for it than I can remember. The only one on your list that looks right is Topomax, but I'd need to know the generic names of each to be more accurate. Nothing has worked or even come close. This started right after I was hammered with Stills.
