Thanks.

Yes, the pain and stiffness is with me year round. I only get the sore

throat, mouth sores, fevers and body aches in the spring. I've never had

it flare any other time of the year. I do have allergies and my problems

seemed to start upon moving to the Bay Area but so many other things

happened at that time it may not be the Bay Area specifically.

I'll keep reading. I think others with the disease are the best source of

information. Doctors have only read about it in text books. They have not

lived though it in most cases.

No one is a text book case...these rheumy disorders can blend into each

other. I see you are in touch with some rheumatologists and being followed,

you

have us as a support group( thank God as we all agree) .

I was completely Stills in the beginning, now I get a rainbow of

rheumatalgical manifestations.

My eyes hurt/ Ophthalmologist diagnosed IRITS...I had back pain at the

time...some times those go together.( spondylitis maybe) But I keep in close

contact with the doctors and treat stuff as it shows up. The symptoms can

all go

away. I hope they do!! That is a drag about work!

I used to flare every Spring too...then again..it can happen whenever it

feels like it

Hope today is ok

Liz
