I have not had implants, however I am scheduled to have them put in

on Nov. 5th. I just wanted to thank all of you and the article in

Parade because I have changed my mind after reading about all of the

problems you have all experienced. I had no idea that there were so

many risks involved with saline implants. All you hear about are

the

silicone ones, so I am greatful to have this knowledge before it was

too late. Having small breasts is minimal (pardon the pun) compared

to the risk of these terrible complications. I am sorry for all of

the pain that you all have been through but I just wanted to let you

know that you are making a difference. So thank you.
