Guest guest
Greeting Mark, Sorry to see that you see no connection between the suffering that many other SD patients like myself have endured or the past 45 years and the misdirection of our tax dollars away from medical research that I believe could improve the quality of our lives. I just have an education that gives me a different way of seeing SD than you do. Last time I looked I didn't think that this was based in Red China, denying one the privilege of expressing one's views as to how I see a connection between SD and U.S. medical services. Hurrah for the U.S.A. and may the freedom of speech that our forefathers fought so hard to protect not be lost. Hopefully, November will help bring more Americans out of their all too ubiquitous state of denial concerning how our health system deals with SD and many other orphan diseases. (I happened to have personally worked for Senator McCain's first senatorial campaign while living in Arizona and still believe he's a great candidate for President, among others.) My apologies for this political aside. And by the way, I have also received positive responses about my views. Who was that great American debater who said: " I may not agree with your views, but I will fight to the death for your right to express them. " ? No one is forcing anyone to read these posts. So why not allow others the personal freedom to discuss SD in a way that we understand it? C.M.J. --- Jody Klein wrote: > Wow!!!
