Hi, I don't know about wisdom, lol, just learned alot from what God

put out there for us to observe I think...

My response is abit lengthy but I am due, it has been a long time.

Also, it is informal and laid back, hope that is ok. I am letting my

hair down tonight... :) warning, you might catch a smile

watch out.

I am so happy to hear from you :- ) I have spent weeks alone here

without much human contact - old depression and worry and working on

getting a plan laid out to save my apartment one more month.

My highlight today was going to the mailbox and the taking the trash

out.

I taught my dog (no kidding) to pull my trash to the compactor today.

I tied his leash to my computer cart with wheels. I put my little

bags on it. That was pretty cool. I got some interesting looks from

the pick up trucks that came past us... you gotta laugh at

that...frumpy depressed me have not been out of my apartment all week

and here is my little 30 pound solid as a rock, pure breed schnauzer

who is strong enough to knock a grown man down just a tugging along

with my trash behind him and of course I am steadying it as he is all

over the place reading his mail (sniffing the fenceposts etc..) Now

can you see how badly I need a life???

On a more serious note....I can report a few months of physical

relief. A very depressing past week has been disappointing with the

change in weather. I want this to be over already! But I will take

it, 2 good months and one bad week is the best yet.

I am cautioned as last year I got over zealous and did too much. I

went into a relapse with stress related illnesses until spring. That

was a bummer indeed and I only made it through the winter with help

from above!

It helps to hear from back from you ....please know this is from my

heart.

Encouragement is like the best thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another spirit lifter would be getting some relief from financial

strife. A job would be a great healing factor for me right now, I

think I am ready.

My insides are a mess with worry I confess. I tremble with thoughts

of being alone facing the workforce - but I tend to be an all or

nothing person - go figure.

I am pondering something new as I think of help needed ...

A place to post resumes and jobs, cars for sale, roommates. A place

to post clothing and makeup swaps and classifieds just for us, Our

community. An extension of the support group sort of... I don't think

charges for these sites or at least I have not seen any fees

come up.

I already spend alot of time on line looking for a job and

networking...

I wonder how a special community would go over. One we could all

contribute to, like an online newsletter sort of.

Thoughts or comments?

Hugs and blessings and most of all thank you all in this group for

being there and for putting up with my lengthy and grateful post this

evening, you never know when you save someone (me)from another lonely

night of depression (again this is me).

Love, Rhonda

Dear Anita, I have a new detox clay bath but have not tried it yet.

It took time for me to understand that me supplements are as

important as any groceries brought in. I feel better when I take them

daily but take them every other day or every three or four days if my

supplies run low. Daily stuff like lots of water - I keep veg broth

on hand and want to buy a juicer one day, no alcohol, no sugar or

salt when able, seems that worry really does bring on the joint

aches,it is unreal. I am open for and appreciate shared suggestions

thanks --

being the highlight of your day. I have many days like that. It

really teaches you to appreciate the little things doesn't it? I

think the key is that we have to learn to pace ourselves. I find

myself overdoing it when I am having a good day and then paying for

it the next day. Are you doing any detoxing? Love,

Anita

to admit that I have not been doing much for myself lately because I

am focused on getting my son well and that takes up pretty much all

my energy. He has many of the same problems we have. I had implants

when I was pregnant with him. But I must say that the best progress

I have made so far has been from doing the juices and the coffee

enemas. I agree with you about the alcohol and the sugar but I think

salt is a different matter as long as you use natural sea salt. It

is loaded with minerals that our bodies need. Quite different than

the processed salt that is sold in the grocery store. I use a

product called Real Salt and I love it. Love, Anita

Rhonda

Thanks for the update on your condition. Your story about your

schnauser is too funny!! You must have a standard schnauser? Mine

is a miniature. I love them so much he is the 4th one I've had.

Sounds like you have been up and down and you have a winning

attitude! Hopefully your healing journey will find you getting

better and better.

Hugs, kathy
