stomping out stress. I believe we all came here for help in healing,

You are welcome, I just now read this post but in the wrong order. I

have never meant to offend or be hurtful.

Stress is an enemy as it has put me the bed as this body is unable to

fight off things brought on by lowered immumne systems or so I am

told, I could be wrong about that.
