law suits, testing before surgery

I am about to have my salines removed. I am a bi-lateral mastectomy patient of 10 years. I had my salines implanted at the same time. I have had no trouble with the implants themselves but I have had numerous "mysterious" neurological problems. Over time I began to link these problems to the implants. Does anyone have a suggestion about the kind of tests I might have performed as a sort of pre-test. I am seriously thinking of a possible law suit and would like to get any tests that would help my case before they are removed.

Get an MRI using a 1.5 tesla magnet, to detect rupture. Blood work: ANA test. Anit-nuclear antibodies, just ask your dr., Sed rate test, these are both blood work. Get a thyroid panel, T3 T4 and TSH. YOu have neurological problems, like possilbe nerve damage. Tehre are nerve conduction tests, but those are a little harder to order. A pain dr. might order them, I had a physiatrist do one for me. They detect nerve damage. If you can pay cash, you can call Immunoscience Lab at 1-800-950-4686, they have a silicone antibiody test, with 15 tests, priced at $566. but very conclusive. they have one test silicone antibiody for only $99. YOu could get an RA test. From regualar dr. if you have arthritic pain to test for rhuematoid arthritis. Good Luck, Hugs, K.Gmmjfa@... wrote:
