Dr. Olding, M.D., chief of plastic surgery and director of the Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center at Washington University Medical, will be online on the Washington Post's web site at 3:30 p.m. ET to answer questions about rise in cosmetic surgery among teens. People can submit questions in advance by going to ttp://discuss.washingtonpost.com/wp- srv/zforum/04/health_olding102604.htm and clicking on Submit Your Questions and Comments.
