Aloha ,

I used to get migraines years ago before the implant saga.. they were so

bad I had to be in dark room with no noise and I had to get a shot of

demoral from the ER. They were always around my period.

One day I realized after not eating dairy for 3 weeks (out of the

country) I suddenly got one and realized , hey, I havn't had one lately.

I experiemented with eliminating dairy and bingo... NO more migraines. I

stopped all dairy for many years and can now eat it without a problem.

I remember that doctors suggested I drink a little real coffee to help

shrink the caprilaries in the brain I think. Its been almost 20 years

since I' ve had one.

I wonder if it was so close to the brain scan test if that stuff was a

trigger too. I am soo very senstive that chemical exposures in any form

will send me into all kinds of reactions.

I am oviosly not a doctor, so I can't recommend what to do about the

diabetes potiential. I would of course find a doctor and get tested

right away. Let us know what they say.

My dad got adult onset diabetes and his levels have gone from 40 to 490

in a matter of hours. It really frightens me. I am trying to get him to

see a holistic MD in his area, but they won't go.

I will be thinking of you . I wish I had more advice on what to

do for you. I think you need to have some diagnostic testing done for sure.

Take care , Holly
