We get milkshakes that I love at a restaurant in town. Does softserve icecream have flour in it? Iknow homemade does. I having my birthday celebration on thursday and I am trying to think of what to have. Have you tried gluten free cake? Any good recipes? My family wants one whether I can eat it or not. Nice huh! At any rate, it has been about 2 weeks with one little accident--I ate a part of a porkchop that had been braised with flour. I didn't realize it. How long until I could tell if it is helping me?
