Please help me with aggression!

Please help me with any advice on how to stop my son's aggression. He

is only 3 (4 next month), but he is very large for his age. He

constantly pushes, hits, and kicks. Especially his sister and all

children. Sometimes my husband and I.

Timeouts do not work at all. Yelling and reprimanding do not work. I

have always been dead set against medication, but I feel that I am

desperate at this point. It is unsafe for my daughter and any other

child that happens to come into his path. I am very stressed out and

my muscles are sore from trying to restrain him.

He also has severe ADHD and sometimes is like a wild animal.

Who do I go to for medication? I need someone who is extremely

experienced and knowledgeable. Any recommendations would be much

appreciated!
