Guest guest
, What's the name of the movie? Anita The Insider just wanted to share I watched a older movie, some of you may have sen, Called the insider about a a mna who came out of the tobacco industry, threatened, losing almost everything. I cant give it away though. Um, Al Pacina (my baby!) was in it a Crow, man I tell you, the move made me think of the breast implant industry so much! The lies, the deceit, the power, the money, the unknowing consumers. The companies were so big, so powerful, even CBS almost lost their right to a story! Challenging the judicial system as well. It was a suspense filled, real story till the last second. Companies making products with help from scientists to both mentally and physically by the use of multiple chemicals to addict us more, even though these chemicals cause cancer. Causing us to be ill, and making money on it. All the while the FDA doing nothing. I knew most of this before, I had read some book on it, but the movie is great and agve me a real picture on just how powerful these huge companies are. So if you have time and havent seen it, get out the popcorn, and watch away! All I kept thinking of was us!

Guest guest
, I think that we should all watch " Runaway Jury " with Cusack as well! It talks about how the jury is picked and how crooked things have become...I wonder how much is true. All I know is that I cried during it because I thought of what we may be up against in regards to breast implants. Guest guest
I've seen it. It is a very powerful movie and couldn't be more true!! By the way, for those of you who care about organic food, have you heard that the FDA is trying to water down the definition of organic? To include the use of some hormones and some pesticides? Not because the organic industry wants it---they are fighting it. Guess who. MOre of the same old same old. All the big companies who are losing a little of their market share to the organic producers want some of the action---but of course they don't want to actually have to spend more money by having a more wholesome product. they just want the standards relaxed so they can take back the marketshare. That stinks. I am going to write the fda about this and I hope you all do too. We can't afford to lose our organic meat and produce!! kathy > just wanted to share I watched a older movie, some of you may have sen, Called the insider about a a mna who came out of the tobacco industry, threatened, losing almost everything. Guest guest
- I sure hope your sister inlaw doesn't get implants. Her fibromyalgia should ring a bell in her head! She already has an autoimmune condition. I guarantee that the implants well only make it worse. I had fms and should have never gotten implants. I am convinced tht I would never have developed allthese other symptoms-- scleroderma like--if not for the implants. Hopefully Kacey's article will have an impact. hugs, kathy -- In , " JOSEPH PALANCA " <juliejp61@m...> wrote: > Kacey, read your article when I got my Chicago Trib this morning. I love you, sister! I am going to show it to my sister in law who plans on getting implants in Jan, She had gastric bypass surgery and lost a lot of weight, and when she gets her excess skin removed, she thinks she is " going to treat herself " to a set of implants! More like mold bags to me. Your article just may reach her, where I cannot .She is very stubborn headed, ( a little in the competitive reign with me too) and I am worried. On top of that, she is almost 40 with fibromyalgia already and had this drastic surgery. I know her immunity is not strong. Hope it works.
