Guest guest
>The basic design of the so called JUSTICE SYSTEM results in the parasites sucking the money and the lifes blood from the average citizen the only winners are the lawyers the high priest black robed judges and their system. It is little wonder we the people receive any real JUSTICE. Our nation has 1/2 the worlds prison population with only about 9% of worlds total population. Something is wrong with this picture are we more criminally incline than the rest of the world? Maybe so if we jail, HAND CUFF and FINGER PRINT our dairy farmers. If the American were told how the JUSTICE system really functioned would they even believe it? Just my opinion but is it not merely a business? Just another way we have all been SCAMMED again? Sorry I got on my soap box but Mark has become like a brother and son to me I cant help but vent my anger and frustration concerning what the lunatic nazis have done to Mark and his family. Don > what is happening is stupid harassment - we all know this. but how many of us that are selling the white stuff - be it legally or otherwise, would be willing to do what Mark Nolt has done? We don't have the resources in our court to fight something like this.... like the men and women of yesteryear bootlegging, you just keep a low profile. > ro >

Guest guest
> > i don't know about anyone else, but i don't have the financial resources for a team of lawyers...... etc > ro > Neither do I! That's why I'll second the motion to join the Farm-to- Consumer Legal Defense Fund. That is the umbrella group we all desperately need. It was formed by WAP to bring everyone together to have lawyers to represent any and all of us, paid for by contributions from farmers and consumers alike. We have gotten our membership fees back many times over already when Missouri sent out cease-and-desist letters last fall. We are now in a stronger position here than ever before...as a result of the intervention by the FTCLDF, we now have a letter in hand signed by the Exec Director of the State Milk Board apologizing for the 'misunderstanding', and assuring us that it is legal to sell milk and cream from the farm without a permit after all. This group is representing Mark McAfee in the ongoing California raw milk debate, if it can be called that. I urge you all to let your customers and real food enthusiast friends know that if we all joined this group, we would be able to present a team of lawyers for any trouble that might come up, and it appears that it will keep coming up. Let's band together and form a strong united front, not just in rhetoric but in actual dollars backing up a great team of dedicated people to help defend our rights to good food.
